Does anyone know if the Crx auto power roll bar (race) will fit into a hatchback? On their website it has different part #. The reason I'm asking is cause I can get a used one for dirty cheap and I want to put it in my hatchback. Thanks guys for everyone help ahead of time.

the main hoop will fit, but not sure about the rear supports. If it's really cheap then buy it and if it does'nt fit sell it on ebaymotors.

Thanks thats the part I'm really worried about. I hate to take out the whole back pannel just to find out it doesn't fit.

 

If it doesn't fit, sell it back to me cheap

 

i believe it differs cuz there was one for sale on inline4 and it was listed specifically for the CRX. a lot of parts are interchangable between the two cars, but there are always a few things here and there that make them unique from each other as u may have already discovered.

 

do you have link to the roll bar page&gt;?

 

will fit, but not very nicely.

It does not fit. You may be able to rig it in there but it will not fit properly. I wondered this same thing a while back and ended up calling Autopower directly and they said it wouldnt fit. You could modify it but you would be better off with one for a hatchback. Like said above, buy it and sell it to get some cash for the roll bar you need.

 

also if you did find a way to rig it in there it would sit like 4" away from the roof...
