hey bro I have the same swap in my 99 prelude sh, you just need the base axles for it to work.. and as for the swap you have to rewire the dizzy and that's it..

haha, and you already bought the engine without knowing what all you would need to do to it? Thats not the smartest thing...

But yes..5th gen base axles. And a distributor.

So you bought a base JDM swap for your Type SH? Or did you get the Type S swap?

im sorry for all the questions, but how do you rewire it? the motor came with a jdm p13 ecu. and im doing the obd2 to obd1 one conversion. so if i use the jdm p13 would i still need to rewire the distributor? and yes i bought a base jdm h22a for my sh.

hey bro the way I did the rewire of the dizzy is I contacted boomslang.com and ask them for digram from the 4th gen and 5th gen and wired the 5th gen wire on the 4th , but on your old motor you going to have the cut the plug from your crank sensor and extend the wires to your dizzy and wire the crank sensor on your dizzy, and the car would start, with out the sensor not wire the car wont start... I would tell you exact colors to which but right now my car is at the paint shop and it wount be ready this coming friday...and the last thing are you getting a obd2 to obd1 conversion harness too right? you need it to run the p13 ecu..tust me onces you get the digram on both gens you all you have to do is match up the wires and that's it real easy.. good luck and if you have me question let me know
