Default Injector leak down

Was up fellas, i have 88 civic that i put a marshall FP gauge on and notice fuel pressure drops down to zero after car is turned off within an hour or so. I had to disconnect fuel pressure regulator becuase car was running super lean and would trigure o2 sernsor code 1. Is it normal for fuel pressure to leak down like that and is that a sign that injector are leaking down? A little background > I have already replace fuel pump and crimped fuel return lind and inlet line to fuel pump and it FP still drops to zero so i figure it must be leaking down in engine bay somewhere. Anyone, someone let me know whats up with my ride!!
