Default 91 Accord and its stalling!!

Hello, my mom has a 91 Honda Accord LX w/ 135K on it. Recently the car started stalling while its being driven on the road. The car will idle all day long with no problem.
I jumped the ecu and came up with trouble codes for the O2 senser and EGR valve. We replaced both of them and it still kept happening. Took it to the dealer and they say nothing was wrong. Since then i've changed the ECU, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel filter and it ran for two days before it happened again. Now when the car dies, you hear a faint clicking noise to the left of the steering wheel and then the car just dies w/out warning. The lights and everything stay on, but the speedo and tach immediately go to zero. It then restarts anywhere from 10 sec. to a couple of minutes. This is driving me crazy and now the ecu throws no codes at all. The only light on the dash is the seatbelt light because the drivers lap belt buckle is broken or jammed and it doesn't stay on all the time. If any of you have had this problem or has any ideas why this could be happening, please let me know as your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanx in advance!!

Check all of your battery connections closely (including any of the secondary connections you may have off the (-) terminal).

Could be a fuel delivery problem. You could try to clean your EGR Ports? That might help a lil.

The Master Fuel Relay are prone to sensitivity to higher temperature(it also heats up while it's working). The car just quits. They usually restart if you wait awhile. It's in a bitch of a location, mounted on the bottom side of the dash between the steering column and the kick panel. The solder joints tend to fracture.

I suspect ignition switch. Can you get the car to stall by doing a little giggling, (with the key switch) while the engine is running? Don't think there is a recall for the 91 ignition switches, but I would check it out. It would be nice if you had a good service manual (Helm), so you could do some troubleshooting and testing. Before you just throw parts at it. That can get expensive. Good luck

Could also be the igniter or distributor (is there a fine dust present inside the distributor?)

Did you replace the O-Ring on the Distributor when you changed the ignitor when you saw oil?

I wasn't the one who replaced the ignitor. the mechanic found it and said he tried to seal it up, so i have no idea what he did. pulled off the ignition switch, checked it, and it appears to be fine. I checked all the grounds and all were on good. I also changed the main relay and that did not fix the problem. the car still dies at any time. holding the gas pedal down seems to delay the problem temporarily. once the car dies, turn the key and the car cranks, but i noticed the dash lights do not come on, kinda like the car is not powered on. the lights on the a/c cluster comes on, but the instrument cluster does nothing. then anywhere from 10 sec to 5 min, the cluster will light and the car will start and drive off. please help me as this is getting frustrating.

Check all the ground wires on the car. There is one on the engine under the thermostat housing that will stop the fuel pump if it's loose
