98 Honda Accord Code P1382
My check engine light is on and hooked up a scanner and it reads P1382 no signel and in the book it says replace the distributor and i did. The code keeps comming back wtf Help, Z

I'd think the book you have is trash if it says to diagnose by replacing parts.
Get some better info and an ohm meter; there are continuity test you can do to find the problem in the wiring or ECU.
