Need help to get my ride quality better
Current setup.. Ground Contol Coil overs, KYB Red shocks, tires 195/55
My ride is crap.. I want my ride quality to be better. If I change my GC coils with my factory springs.. Would the ride quality be better? What other suggestions that would not cost me an arm and a leg.. ?

How low are you? Raising your car can improve the ride quality tremendously, provided that the dampers are not already blown. If your dampers are shot, then fix that. I'd suggest koni sport 'yellow.'
What rates are you running on the GC? The off-the-shelf rates (380F/280R) are not harsh at all.

If you only car about ride quality, then you can't beat the factory springs/ride height. Match those with some KYB GR2s or similar (hell no you don't need Konis for stock springs), and you'll be riding like a Lexus.
If you want some handling without sacrificing ride quality, upgrade to large swaybars front and rear.

listen to chris.
if u are too low its going to ride like crap. where they installed properly? Do u have the bumpstops installed? what are yur spring rates? This how we can determine what wrong.
im riding on arospeed coilovers on stock shocks. i can 2 in the front and 3 fingers in the back. the ride is not harsh just a slight bumpy. if i drop the car more in the back its like im riding the school bus so it all depends how low also.

raise your car up. get softer springs in the rear. and figure out which balljoints and bushings need replacement, and consider replacing the steering rack as well.
