well do the obvious things, check your fluids, change the oil if its due. Also check your spark plugs, air filter and cabin cabin filter thats located on the passanger side directly behind the battery also its behind the fire wall. You have to pop off a small section of the vents located at the bottom of your windshield....phew

spark plugs do not need changing at 30k, just pull them and take a look. i highly highly doubt they need to be changed
things you must do:
Oil
Transmission Fluid
Brake Fluid
Differential Fluid
Coolant
Air Filter
In Cabin Filter
Check tires, suspension components, wires, hoses. See if anything is wearing oddly. Lubricate areas as necessary
