10K Turbo Y7/Z6, 10K turbo DOHC ZC, or stock B16A. It's a little different, read.
A few questions, these answers will determine if I decide to stay D, or go back to B.
Is the Y7/Z6 a good idea? The shop that put the B16 in my coupe says If I turbo the Y7 I should leave the stock head for compression reasons. But no matter what, the Z6/D15B P08 head is argueably the dest D series head, and if I even touch this motor, it must be so equipped.
I know that this head even unmodded can withstand 9000 rpms, so I imagine this head with a light port + polish, and the biggest nastiest cam, Edlebrock IM along with a late spooling turbo (6K)should put power to 10K.
The bottom would recieve tuner toy rods, and use stock pistons.
Or what about a DOHC ZC turbo EK. Crespo stage 5 cams, light headwork, and the same bottom end as the Y7 (Tuner Toys + stock pistons), with a larger turbo.
Lastly, what turbo do I need that spools later, about 6K on the D? I've tried to ask the shop, but they are insistant to use something that spools at like 2K. I don't care what power it makes, it just can't make that power at ****** 5500 rpms. IMO, a stock 140 WHP B16 revving to 8500 would more fun than a 160 WHP turbo stock Y7 revving to 6K.
Help me out.

Well, daily driver MPG is one thing, though this is my my slowert car in a long time, after a bolt-on 8000 RPM ZC CRX and 9000 RPM B16 EG coupe, but I can get used to the MPG. The other is simply revving high. I have an EX cluster now, and by the time it's at 6000 I'm just making noise, no power.
