I'm not sure if this is the right forum to be asking. I'm currently doing some minor body repairs to my del sol getting it ready to drop off to get sprayed. I've got some filler here and there and was wondering a couple things. After I've got my body work done, should I scuff the entire car down and then primer it? What are you suppose to use on the bumpers. My front bumper is pretty chipped up. Can I just sand it down with 80-100 grit or do I have to use some special plastic technique? Also, I've been reading tons about plastic bumpers. Are all honda's using ABS plastic or what?

Any help/tips on DIY bodywork would greatly be appreciated.
