I'm looking to run a wider front wheel on my civic. It's reached the point where its no longer going to see the street, and i'm just going to make the jump to a dedicated track car.
anyways I remember seeing a couple years back. there was a guy who made replacment fenders that were substantially wider and mounted to all the factory locations.
does anybody remember the website or the person who made them?

the website was http://www.b18c5.com, not sure if he is still around though.

Rodney's still around, but sort of out of commission currently. He may or may not have some for sale/be able to make them for awhile.

Actually, I saw him post somewhere today, and thought 'oh crap, he's still alive'.

Ok, I give up, what happened to Rodney? I have seen him post up on sccaforums recently about the weights in SM so I would also have to say that he is at least among the living and still able to type. He appeared to be at least as coherent as usual too.
I agree that his fenders do look good and have held up for several years. In SM and in SP you can cut out whatever part of the fender is in your way and don't actually have to have wider fenders to cover the tires. Just another thought.

That's at least the cheapest method (free), if not necessarily the lightest (I have no idea). I'll let Rodney make the "official super spectacular press release" if he wants to

Rodney is amongst the living and still able to type but he may not be up to walking or driving yet. Aparently he broke his leg in a freak gardening accident or some kind of housework mishap. Last I talked to him he was nowhere near as coherant as usual though.
