I have 97 gsr motor swapped into my civic and recently it has been leaking oil. It seems to leak from underneath my intake mani around my oil filter. what could be causing it to leak? I have replaced the filter and it still leaks.

 

leaking badly or a little? make sure an old oil filter gasket didnt get stuck there

 

its a pretty bad leak leaves a nice little pool on the ground it seems like its comming right from the filter area

If you didnt double gasket the oil filter, make sure the oil sender unit is not leaking.

 

oil sending unit is right above the filter and commen to leak. as well check the base gasket
