I know that with the DA Integras with JDM lights, you can re-wire it so that the fog lights can be on without the headlights.

Can the same be done with the Vigor? (Non-JDM lights)

According to the schematic I've got for my '94, the fog lights run off a relay that is energized through the headlight switch. It would seem that you could either energize that relay seperately from the headlight switch or remove the fog lights from that relay and run them off a different one. The problem will be finding the relay. All the schematic says is that it is in the under dash relay box.
