it came on 4th gen Si-R preludes....
and dont try to even tell me they dont exist you rookies....they are the REAL bb4 preludes, the only bb4 (everyone else has ba8 or bb1/2/3)
it had red honda emblems front and rear, m2b4 trans, only came in certain colors, (including that sexy *** burgundy), theres a guy on here with one....just check his out...though he riced it out a lot...
and dont try to even tell me they dont exist you rookies....they are the REAL bb4 preludes, the only bb4 (everyone else has ba8 or bb1/2/3)

my bb4 has not red honda emblems and is a SI VTEC LSD and not SI-R but it has the LSD tranny m2b4

I gave my insurance company the reg, year of manufacture and chassis code - it came up on their system as an SiR, but again - there are no red badges, and no 'Type R' badge. I don't think the 'i VTEC on the logbook refres to the I-VTEC engines found in later models (like K series) - I suspect it refers to trim level? i, Si, etc?
I know the tranny has an LSD 'cos even on shitty surfaces I can gun it to the floor off the mark and it finds traction with the merest of chirps from the tyres.

My prelude sitting outside is a BB1. It does not have LSD 
. They do exist (BB4) since my friend got a front clip for his accord swap and the dash had the BB4 on the VIN. I tried to buy his tranny off him but he wasn't dumb enough to fall for it.

There were 3 types of JDM 4th gen H22s in Japan
BB1 SI VTEC Hyper 4ws model: H22A; LSD trany is an option 1270kg
bb4 SI VTEC base: lightest of all, only 1230kg (2706lbs). LSD trany is an option
BB4 sport stage R: stifer suspension, M2B4 trany standard 1260kg
