Alright, heres the dealio.. i have a 95 CX(as seen in sig) and its stock. but if i drive it hard then say..i come to a stop light..my car's idle will kind of drop i dont know to what because i have no tach..but i can feel it shaking and its almost like it wants to stall..but if i give it a few light rev's and after the rev settles..it will be better again..but then it comes back ....what could be the problem?
P.S. it also does this if i drive for a long time and (hours) driving normal
oh..and lets kill 2 birds with 1 stone..i have a rusted bolt i need to get off? what should i use besides DW-40...i bought some TC-11 and am going to try it tommarow..but just incase it dosent work..

just had that problem. i replaced my spark plugs, dist. cap and rotor and still did it. i had to adjust the screw on the throttle body so it would rev higher. just turn the car on and go turn the screw until the idle raises a bit (dont do it to much!) depending on what the manual says what your car should normally idle at, thats where u set it to. like mine is suppost to idle at 750-850 rpm so i put it to that, or as close as i could.

thats what someone else said..but i have no tach..so i dont even kno what im idling at now..but it sounds normal..

May sound dumb but check you battery too. Mine was doing the samething and it would go down towards 0rpm and almost stall if I didn't hold the revs when I was stopped. Replaced it and all is good now.

I have seen these same exact symptoms on several hondas
It sounds like ur timing has slipped, skipped, arched or just off a few teeth
I'd recommend doing timing, it couldn't hurt, unless u half *** it!!
Refrence a helms or haynes manual for the exact specifications
1. turn ur car off
2. jack it up
3. hand turn the timig belt, until ur marks on the cam gears line up flush with the valve cover, the top mark should line up with a mark on the OEM valve cover
4. adjusting idle: look under ur hood... there should be a sticker that indicates how many degrees to advance or retard timing to adjust the rpm at which up engine idles.
5. look underneath the cam gears towards ur other pulleys
make sure all the marks line up before torquing down ur tensioner and drive pulley
if this doesn't do the trick... solving the shaking at lower rpms...
inspect the cap and rotor for wear and carbon deposits/ replace as needed
inspect each connection from dizzy to each plug/ replace as needed
inspect each plug then torque to spec/ replace as needed
look at fuel pressure at idle and revving/replace fuel filter, purge the lines
plug torque can effect idle... in boosted applications, ie gapped plugs
also look at ur fuel pressure regulator... check to see if the vacume line is pinched worn tore or not connected... the shaking and poor quality of idle will be reflected if ne thing is a miss
remember, a well maintained honda engine can last well into 300,000miles
