hey guys i was wondering if anyone here were running buddy club spec 3 cams on there type r and what kind of power did they put out

Are you serious when you say you searched?

I just typed in 'Buddy Spec'

There were dyno sheets etc all over the place.

 

hey neo if i got the buddy club spec 4 would i have to increase the compression in my motor or no it would be fine running stock compression

 

how much should i raise the compression is changing the head gasket and getting flat valves good enough or no?

 

OEM ITR compression is fine for the 3 or 3+. OEM HG is fine. There's really no need to pull of your head or build it up with the spec 3.
