man how are this many people wrong
99-00 and 96-98 have completely different front bumpers
the lip will not fit at all, and will need to be modified a lot
and IMO the 99-00 lips and knockoffs of these lips look terrible, the 96-98 is too round for those squared style lips...
96-98 factory SIR lip FTW

How long ago though? Everything I have seen now is close to $200. I know back in the day they went for less than $100. Then Honda stopped making them and prices went up. I am still trying to find one for a good price. Been looking for a while. lol
