Default Help noob with 97

Alright I got a 4cl 97 accord with 110k
I just put in a cd player and new front and rear speakers.
I know want to juice up the preformance but im on a 300-500 dollar budget.
I was looking on ebay and thinking of putting in a
cold air intake - $30
cat back exhaust - 200 (the problem is that everything is rusted and i cant solder much, especialy not under the car)
I was also looking at coil overs - 50
and maybe a new intake header.

i was also gona put in nwe spark plug and maybe wires, but i shouldnt have any problems with that.

what exactly should i do with the exhaust? should I buy everything with the header, or just the cat back and take it to like an autoshop?

Any suggetions or ideas will be a lot of help. Thanx

Just remember you get what you pay for on E-bay.

IMO

Get the Cold Air Intake then replace the filter with a K&N 50-60

Cat-back exhaust system would help with power/torque 200

Coilovers are NOT 50 dollars. Spring/Strut combo will help with the ride performance. 300
