I currently have RSX-S seats in my EK and was looking to use harnesses. My only question would be to the RSX owners, what setup do you run and is it comfortable? The smaller opening on the headrest seems like it would make the harness pinch at your neck. Thanks for any help.
The harnesses DO PINCH...believe me...and its NOT comfortable unless you are wearing something around your neck....or you can get some type of fabric to pad the belts around where your head goes!!! That is what i am going to do, soon.

scroth is too expensive. I paid like 60 bucks for my RCI's and love them. On that note. My digital camera just dies a painful watery death....so its going to be till the end of the week till i can get some pics. SOrry man...but dont worry...I WILL have some pics of my solution by friday...
Okay. I got a few pics of how it tightens down on your neck. Sorry for the bad quality. I had to take pics while I was strapped down, so it was a bit awkward. Anyway. Im not 100% sure what I am going to do to fix the problem. I am thinking some suede woudl be nice. I just have to find it. I will get more pics when i find some. Should be soon.

Schroth harness works perfectly on RSX seats.
Also, you are asking for trouble if you run a harness when doing HPDEs or driving daily on the street. IMO the only thing harnesses, without rollcages, are good for is autox.
Otherwise they are a serious danger. Don't be a dumb ricer and use it daily.

if you for any reason are referring to me then i woudl be quite angry. I mean really. Anyone with half a brain knows not to wear a harness on the street...
Scroth harnesses are expensive compared to other brands. The ones i have are certified. And barely cost me over 50 bucks

2" or 3" doesn't matter for a 60 second autox run. The beauty of the schroth is that its easily installed, unobtrusive and does not require a sub belt to keep it from riding up.
Schroth is a great harness for autox. 3" is completely overkill for such uses. Now, if I had a car with a cage and was on a track with race seats, then I would use a 3", 5 point harness.
