The high-pressure line has to match the pump. As far as I know, they're separated into two categories that differentiate at the 1998 model year (at least for US models). You can tell what category of line or pump to use by looking at where the two meet.

The brackets are the same regardless of year.

I'm pretty sure I have a jdm itr ps pump at my house make an offer and pay shipping and its yours.

 

I can't tell you without knowing what the line you're using looks like. But, that pump looks like it'll use a later model feed line.

The pulley on that b16 pump is for a v-belt. unless you're using an older b16 crank pulley, you'll need a ribbed pulley for that pump.
