Default 90 Integra Traction Bars

My Buddy has a 90 Integra and he has a turbo kit on the car and gets pretty bad wheel hop. Seeing as he is not computer literate I'm trying to help him out.

I told him to get a urethane kit which may help but he's talking about a traction bar. I know what traction bars are for an 85 Camero but not really for a FWD application. I have found a few threads on here but they are mostly for CRX's which replaces the whole front sub frame.

I found this on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...&rd=1

They have them on their site too and they look ok any suggestions? Is this what he is talking about?

Check this link out...

http://www.full-race.com/installation.php

Scroll down and read the instalation section for traction bars. Lots of good information in there.

Interesting install info, that will be useful. Those full race bars are $450 tho ugh. thats a lot for some piping and heim joints...

I think i'm gonna buy one of the ETD bars on ebay. Seems to have good feedback from guys and looks like they use them on a few cars that are fast.

Yeah. The link was more for the information, than to sell you those bars. But, if I had the money I would buy the full-race bars in a heartbeat.

Any noticable differences daily driving with the addition of the bars? Any time improvements? Do you hit the strip? Or auto-x/roadcourse?

YaH!

I love my bar! definetly worth the 450, but i had a bent crossmember and extremely damaged radius rod when i installed mine..

I noticed a huge difference, i get practically no wheel hop (186whp 141 trq)
I even noticed difference in cornering, but that might be do to my previously bent front end parts...

Full-Race FTW!!

i think the full race one is one of the best ones and the only one worth geting
its only one of the only ones that retain the front motor mount which i think is very important

thouse are nice but they are stock replacements. they just make more room for a header or down pipe
it also looks like it does not support the stock motor mount
