Default Dyno tune with stock ecu?

I have a minimal amount of mods, i/h/e, skunk stage 1 cams/gears, ur crank pulley, and a b&m fpr. I had a baseline dyno of 174, no adjustments. Would it be worth it to get it tuned with a v-afc? What do you guys think the most hp can be squeezed out of my set up and a stock ecu? (00-p73 ecu). Thanks!

With the Skunk2 cams you might want to play with the VTEC X-over to gain a little more power.
