Well I was told it was probably a ground, so I took a wire and ran it from the headlight plug directly to the ground terminal on the battery, it BARELY made a difference. What could cause this? Could it be not getting enough power? When my low beams are on the passanger side is dim but goes VERY dim when the highbeams are turned on......any ideas?

 

maybe corrosion on the power side of the light

 

Check the cables on the battery, maybe there is some corrosion.

 

no corrosion on the battery, it looks brand new. I will have to hook a power wire to the battery tomorrow and run it to the plug side that i think is not getting any power and see if that helps

 

umm.... 1 light has "wear and tear" from usage. The reason you always replace both headlights maybe?(BTW, answer is yes)

 

i swapped the headlights, its not the headlight...its the wiring somewhere....just not sure where or what. I guess tomorrow I will have to start taking things apart and searching
