CARB legal question
So I've got this GReddy kit sittin next to me, and NOWHERE is it stamped that it is CARB legal, also there is no papers or anything that says that it is carb legal. WHAT GIVES? I got this kit so all i have to do is rip off the intercooler to pass visual. I DON'T want to tear the whole thing down.
