so i was driving on I 94 towards millwakee and weaving around cars with my friend in his mustang but not speeding too much. So anyway these two undercover cops in z 28's pulled us over. OK the violation for both of us is Public endengerment by WReckless Driving. Since we were switching lanes and tailgating. The fines are $375 a piece. So on the ticket it says estimated points: 6
I know that 12 points means suspended license but i was wondering how does the cop decide how many points. Someone told me it's how many violations u made but i dont think i did 6 so that does sound right. Since i think i only at the most did 4. Speeding, Changing lanes multiple times in short amountr of time, Tailgating, not using turn signal. Anyone know how they decide on the points?
Btw i am gonna go to court and plead not guilty and hopefull the cop doesn't show up or the fine gets lowered. DAMN I HATE STATE TROOPERS

speeding is 3 points, changing lane w/o signaling is 1 point, tailgating is 2 points.

anyway i know it was stupid and all and i am very pissed at myself. I pay for car, insurance, gas and everything. and i am 16 so thi sucks. This bassicaly means 2 weeks of pay lost. I am grounding myself for 1 week and not driving anywhere but school and work for 1 month.
Ironic thing is i was driving to a racetrack so i could speed legally lol

well i have a friend who got 3 tickets and one of em was 72 over ( testing car without governor) and he still has license i am not saying i should test it out. but the first ticket wont count since i am taking driving school.

ANd i know that my license can be revoked if i dont become more catious... Thats why i am grounding myself.. and only driving to work and school. And thats why i am selling detector cause it gives me a false sense of confidence i believe.
