Default I don't know what to do anymore about this idle!

I have checked the EACV, checked the CEL (check engine light to make sure it works.), timing, TPS, and FIV.... I checked other things like plugs, fuel filter, timing, just to troubleshoot. It idled normal for a day after I swapped out the old 60mm TB that was on there. When I crank it up in the morning it will drop down so low the car shakes and feels like it is going to die. Now it is f ed after I sprayed TB cleaner in there... There is a new gasket on there because I tried that also.

I am trying to figure out what the problem could be. It will not idle up in the morning when I crank it (when cold or any other time) no matter what the temp is outside. The surge in the idle goes through the RPM if I slightly press the gas to go through the RPM it does it. If I step on the gas hard it doesn't do it.

It only surges through the RPM... It will idle fine and jerks sometimes when at a low rpm in gears... I don't know what to think anymore...
I have gone throught the ECU and tested everything from the EACV, TPS and ECU.

Here is the VID

Yeah... It is at .49 at closed throttle...
Do you think if I set it to the correct volts at WOT it would work? I just thought about that option. That is where it seems to surge.

That is what it was... I only got the TPS to turn to 4.82 but it slighty and I mean slighty surges... I am very happy now with this...

so waht exactly did u do? i dont think its possible that the tps could have been causing ur problem. unless it had opens in it. but you said it had .5v at idle though so it should have idled ok which it didnt. you said you put a new throttle body on it correct? how is it different than the old one?
