ECU CONVERSION HARNESS OBD0 to OBD1

ECU CONVERSION HARNESS OBD0 to OBD1
My engine did start up and it idle like a piece of ****
Ok so i went back to square 1
I was looking at the wiring for one of the red wires comming from the ECU conversion harness and i noticed that it goes from OBD0 A1 to OBD1 A16 and this red wire is siddered to it ?!? does this mean its a injector power wire and if so how the hell does that work ? I did my MPFI conversion allready everything matched up everything is ok i dont understand anymore

no idea looks exactly like the one on this add tho and the papers in the back look to be the same
