Default 2006 MV Agusta Senna !

I wanted to hear some input on the MV Agusta Senna over the Ducati 999 and the Aprilia RSV1000 . . . I am thinking about selling my GSXR 1000 and getting myself a MV AGUSTA. . . I am leaning towards this bike because I do not take passengers often it will be like a cruising bike for me to south beach. Don't get me wrong I will drive it hard when and where I can safely. I feel as though lately the Japanese bike scene doesn't impress me anymore. . . a bunch of squids talking about who will beat whom on the highway in a race blah blah it seems as if these Italian bikes are so much more enjoyable and beautiful. I see my bike or something similar all the time, a 10,000$ peice of japanese machienery that has way to much motor. . . every year or two someone steps it up another 20 HP . . . (although the new GSX-R 1000 is nice) The thing that stands out about the agusta over the other two is that its not a V twin. . . input ?

I know someone that has the 750cc Senna and boy...pics dont do that bike justice. So much nicer in person

MVs are very nice bikes but have you looked at the price tag yet? A regular F4 1000 will run you $22k while the Senna will be close to $40k. If you can afford it, get one

I say go for it man, I know what you mean.... it seems alot of Japenese sportbikes are owned by those with the "ricer" mentality nowadays. Makes me want to get a BMW.

Ya mean like this?

[QUOTE=Indiana Jones]I am leaning towards this bike because I do not take passengers often it will be like a cruising bike for me to south beach. </TD></TR></TABLE>

To the OP - you really want a $30K motorcycle for cruising to South Beach?

there ya go!

My personal fav (and almost owned) is the Ago. Had I not gotten the NERA, I would have the Ago

I think the 999R would be the most potent, the aprilia Factory would handle the best, And the Tamurini would be the most exclusive

Owning a bike in that price range is comparable to owning a $150,000 car. Baller? Or outta your mind?

You mean "if I move out to an area where I can sell my car because it nevers rains and never goes below 50*" you can afford it. Fair enough, I'd do it, too.

Tamburini = $10,000 more . . . Same motor, same everything except the Tamburini has different intake valves and more carbon fiber. NOT worth the extra money. . . United states is only projected to have about 60 senna's. And I like the Senna's paint scheme much more.

I don't have payments on my car, truck or bike (paying cash 0wnz), so it does not really make a difference.
