Default JDM automatic tranny problem. Help!!

Ok so I have a 95 Prelude Si, and I just did a swap with a OBD1 H22A using the Si wiring harness. Everything is running fine as far as the engine goes but I am having some problems with the tranny.

If I use the JDM transmission computer I cant get the car out of park it is just locked there like I am not hitting the brake.

So I put the USDM Si tranny computer back in and now I can drive the car but it shifts funny. If I punch the gas it revs up like the tranny is slipping but then the gear ingages very harsh almost like a neutral drop. I used Valvoline ATF fluid.

Prelude gurus help!!!

I am thinking about just throwing my Si tranny back in but I don't want to lose my VTEC shift points.

man mine does that with the si tranny tcm i just have a key put in that hole (shift lock release) so i can take it out of park. I have taken the auto shift **** and installed a boot and round shift **** on the auto part so nobody can see the key incase they wanted to steal it.
