help on h22a and type s!!!!!!
how can i tell the diffrence on h22a cams and piston and type s any castings on them? And would the type s pistons work on regular h22a rods, or should i get type s rods? any help is apriciated. thanks bump if viewed

type s pistons wont work on h22a rods. i heard storys about them being modded to work.
You could buy h22a4 rods and they would work

just take a micrometer to the cam lobes and you will know the difference....
as far as pistons/rods:
type s pistons use floating wrist pins
obd1 jdm h22a and us h22a1 use a solid wrist pin, and you can have the rod re-bushed to use floating pins
us h22a4 and obd2 jdm h22a use floating, and they will work as is (are)....
