Default Extrude Honing...(OT)

Sort of off topic here...

I talked to my local mahcine shop guy and he recommends against extrude honing...

I was wondering how everyone here felt about EH vs. porting.... pro's, con's, pricing, better value?

Cost just as much or more than a good port job.

The Extrude Hone abrasive material goes where it wants to go, not neccessarily where you want the air and gas to go.

There are things that porting can do that Extrude Hone can't.
