Like the topic states. I found some rust accumulating by the wheel well and would like to neutralize it till spring so I can work on it.

Trust me, doing it right once will save you money in the long run! Forget where 1 spot of rust was because you ghetto fixed it once, then it will rush back when you repaint it and then you will be pissed!
