Does anyone know where i can get a friggin carpet kit for my 95 hatch without having to pay the Honda price? No one and I mean no one makes a kit for the hatch, they're all for the coupe and 4 door.

 

i took mines out.

nothing compares to the quality of the OEM part...its not that expensive...less than $300...and if youre going to bitch about spending that much on carpet, you shouldnt be buying carpet in the first place...

 

JCWhitney sells carpets with a bunch of colors to choose from, I think they go for like $120 or somthing, don't have any personal experience with them but I saw it in their catalog while deucing in the jon.

 

my buddy's carpet from his CX HB fit my 4dr, so it should be able to go the other way also

 

i got mine from acc too but for $140 shipped, maybe they had a special going.

just a little advice acc claims its "molded" to your car, i thought the carpet would come shaped to the counters of the car, nope its just a regular folded up carpet in a box and it doesnt have the holes pre-cut so its not a wham bam job. on the other hand the honda oem carpet is "molded" to the counters and HAS THE HOLES pre-cut. youget what you pay for i guess,if your real good at doing this sort of thing or know someone who can install this cheaply go for the acc. if your doing it for the 1st time go for the honda oem carpet.

B_zurc, how does your hatch look without the carpet? My carpet is all messed up and i've been thinking of just taking it out. I know alot of people are doing this now. Do you have any interior pics of your ride. Thanx.

 

OEM or nothing. Aftermarkets dont fit properly from what my friends have gone through. Don't waste money, do it right the 1st time.
