Default H22 EURO TYPE R Head

Okay I had a question about the EURO-R head, is they're anyway that I can see on the head that'll tell me if it's an authetic Euro-R head and not just a regular h22 head?? Whats the differences between the US base model head and the Euro-R head?? Is it worth getting it as a upgrade to a H22A4 stock head?? The reason I'm asking this is that I see EURO-R heads all the time for sale on EBAY and what not and was wondering if it'd be worth getting one.

anybody know?? is it PNP, valve job or is it basically no different than a base model head except for the higher performance boltons?? Cams, springs, retainers, valves, and cam gears which would all be the Type S parts.
