Default Oil leak

hey i have an 91 DX sedan and i am leaking oil. The guy that changed it said it was a stripped bolt on the oil pan? anyhow i know i need a new bolt, but how many do i get and what do i ask for when i go to get it? im assuming ill have to go to a honda dealership.

also, my ignition timing is off. is that hard to fix or bad for the car?

Did the oil changer say the drain bolt was stripped out?
How far off is the timing? It could be simple to loosen the dist bolts and adjust the timing or it could be the T-belt is a tooth off?

yea he said it was stripped, also the timing i know is from the distributor, the timing belt is fine. I put the distributor in myself but my check engine light says it wasnt good enough i guess but i think its only off a little.
