Default springs rates for 98 integra vs 99 civic Si

looking to put my car back up to stock...and found some civic si springs for sort of cheap...and wanted to know the difference in the spring rates...would the ride be more bouncy..or would it be a harsher ride?

and as far as ride height goes...would it be even between front and back?

99-00 Si (EM1) - 201F/99.8R (P/P)
GS-R - 200F/95R (P/P)

virtually identical rates. height im not sure about, but ride quality should be the same
