Default NEED HELP! 98 b18c1 into a 97 CX

I have a swap for my 97CX hatchback w/ both the p72obd2a and p72obd2b ecu's. Also have a p28 also, but I didn't want to convert to obd1 b/c I was told I wouldn't be able to pass emmissions. How could I make this work? What will I need to do to keep it obd2?

I have a 97 gsr swap in my 00 ek and I am running a obd2-1 jumper and running a p30.I just swap my odb2 p72 ecu to take it to e-check>I live in ohio and on 96+ cars they plug in to the diagnostic plug to check for cel(check engine lights). After that I just put my p30 back in intill next time I need to test it.If that is how they check cars in your state(I not sure if all the states check cars the same),then you can just do the same as me.

if you got a good gsr motor and not throwing codes it should pass. i live in california where the laws are very strict and i got mine to pass. my car was a 94 eg though. passing bar to leggalize your motor you probably wont since your motor is too old for your car. but smog as long as everything is running with no errors, i think it will pass.

thanks guys.

lv6l - from what I've been told, it's a lot easier to put a gsr motor into an eg and make it pass emmissions than an EK.
