OBDII 97/98 P73 question for 99SI B16a2 swap in 96 CX
Found a P73 computer for ok price but im not sure if it will run my motor with out throwing any codes. The computer is from a 97/98 ITR. Any feed back is appreciated. Anyone know how to get a hold of kenji from Tampa?

if you use any 96 to 98 integra ecu with your CX right now it will throw up check engine codes for the sensors that your CX is not equiped with. i did a swap for a guy with a 96 DX using a 98 GSR motor and ecu. i tried to tell the guy to go with a obd 2 to obd 1 ecu harness but he wanted it to be smog legal ( in cali ) so i had to install the sensors at the gas tank run the wires to the ecu also install a one or two more sensors at the motor. these sensors are not for the motor they are for smog purposes. send me an email and i'll send you some pictures of what they look like.
