Default my return to kawi :)

2005 kawi 636 in pearl magma red.. (kinda orangy in the right light)

so we left at 5:30 AM and hit some nasty weather.. the wipers didnt work well and we were out of washer fluid.. it was a bad start to say the least....

we arrived at about 930 id say.......

an exhange was made and i was on my way

thanks to mike for the advice and help, anthony for coming along for the ride, and jon for letting me borrow the truck...... alas... how long will it be before summer gets here

nope i had a 954....... black/silver... it was a great bike.. i just didnt feel like buying all new plastics and headlight, taillight and then still have bike that had 14k miles on it and still might need pads/and chain/sprocket...

so i picked this gem up with 2200 miles on it... couldnt be much happier... if you ever rode a new 636 through a set of twisties you would undestand my love for this bike

Just curious why you & some others have so much hate for Kawi bikes? They're are some really good bikes. Anyway, nice bike man!!! Too bad you live in the arctic ...It was 80 deg+ here in FL, I rode all weekend long...

most of all the stuff i say on here "hating" on kawi's is just for fun. except when i talk about rainmanEK, i cant stand his bike . their history has proven them unreliable. i just dont like them. the styling and that h o r r i b l e green just isnt me.

sure they're great bikes; nowadays, the only thing that separates modern bikes is styling. 99% of the bikes are the same.

i would equate a kawi with a hyundai. sure they've made strides to make a damn fine vehicle, but ill be damned if i own one.

+1 on staying with Big Red heh heh...

the 636 is a great bike though, a little too bulky feeling for me..but you gotta love those extra 36cc and that orange paint scheme.

I would like to know what you're smokin?? Bat $hit?? The 05 zx-6r/6rr are top in their class. Also the zx-10..bike of the year for 2 years(04-05) straight... in fact it will more than likely be voted bike of the year for 06.

Excellent bike..looks like it's got a hindle exhaust. If you ride it hard make sure you get a damper. I have the same bike ...it's an awesome color..when the sunlight hits it..you will see way.

Well thats depending on whether kawi gives them a nice chunk of change again this year.

Btw though that is a kick *** looking bike. Carbon fiber would look hawt on it.
