Default Unable to diagnose check engine light (after obd2b to obd1 ecu conversion)

First off here's some info:
My car: 00' Integra LS
ECU: virgin P75

conversion harness:Skunk2

The check engine light on my car comes on only when the car has been driven for about 5 minutes. I've tried to jump the service connector but the cel doesn't blink. I guess the ecu refuses to spit out the code.

I tried to reset the ecu because I couldn't get the code anyways but the cel returned. Besides the phantom cel the car runs and idles like a champ.

Yeah it's most likely a defective harness, just send it back and get a refund. Test the ECU on a OBD1 Integra and make sure it's functioning correctly.
