Opinions on these Ebay springs??
not sure what that is in $ but I'm quessing not much and if you wanna scrub tires and bounce about 8 times after going over a bridge, then they will be great.
I highly recommend that you DON'T go cheap on your suspension. I bought similar eBay coilovers about 5 years ago when i first got my Prelude; that was when i didn't know anything about cars. I had them installed and the ride is horrible! The next day i ordered some eibach sportline springs along w/ tokico blues and the ride quality was like night and day compared to those crap eBay coilovers.
your car's suspension is not something you want to crap on. buy a good, quality product. not just something that would be "good for now".

Ok, I think that's fairly conclusive, then!!
What I'm looking for are springs that will drop me about 2", but not be much stiffer - my ride is already hard enough for crap british roads. Any recommendations?
I've used Eibach springs before on another car and ws fairly impressed with them.

if all you want to do is drop your ride height, without changing your shocks, then just cut the ones you have.
either way, it'll look lower and handle like ****.
otherwise, spend the money and get shocks to go with the springs, but just don't get the super stiff springs.

yeah, that's a pretty decent combo. I don't know the difference between the two, but I think that eibach's website can tell you more...

the drop is the only difference between sportlines and prokit. there is also supposed to be like a MARGINAL difference in stiffness. maybe 1-2 %
