Ebay lowering springs
Has anyone tried out any ebay springs for our ep3's. Both of my springs are completely dead
I'm not even looking for something fancy, I just want to get this fixed so I can buy my 2 12" subs.
But I believe I read somewhere that anything over 1" isn't recommended for the ep3.
If not those ebay ones can anyone point me in the right direction, money isn't an issue btw and it's for an 03 ep3.
thanks in advance.

Re: Ebay lowering springs
Clearly, if you can't afford speakers AND lowering springs at the same time, money is an object. Ebay springs already have their own reputation. If "money is no object" then buy Eibach or Tein springs instead.

Re: Ebay lowering springs
Money isn't a problem but I don't want to spend a grand on top of the line lowering springs or coilovers, I just want to solve the problem, that's why I asked if the ebay springs were adequate enough or if I shouldn't cheap out on them.
I found some teins for 200 bucks. I'm probably gonna go with that. But I wanted to know how low I can go.
And yes I am willing to cheap on on the car for the subs, if you saw what I was getting you would too.
I was getting new brakes and rotors put in when the mechanic noticed the springs. They're realllly bad lol. I was hitting bumps sooooo hard. Now I know why.
But yea, if generic ebay ones are THAT bad, I guess I'll just go with Tein unless someone has a better suggestion.

Re: Ebay lowering springs
Ah damn, I might as well go with a whole package then huh, shocks/struts/springs.
Ok so final question, which would be better, Tein or Eibach.
I found some tein for $185. and Eibach for $230. I'm new to the whole lowering spring scene so idk what to get >.<
