Hatch with a b16a (jdm)how does it run
My friend just got a b16a for his ef and he is talking like it is going to be the fastest thing since jets. I was just wondering how his car is going to run. His car is stock so is the motor.I have never drove a b16 ef . Compare to the closes stock car you can thank of. thank you

my 89 civic std(lightest weight that year) with b16a i/h/e and itr cams ran high 13.8 -13.9. average low 14 in the quarter on 14" steelies.
by comparison my 92 cx with a sohc mini me setup i/h/e and zex cam ran 14.7..
this particular setup used to beat stock swapped b16 cars at the track all day. weighed 2000 with me in it. SOHC

I have the samething and let me tell you it runs GREAT. Especially from a stock d15 (DX) upgrade. I'm loving it and all I got is intake and exhaust for now. I hope to see a bigger boost with the mods I'm getting.

Fastest thing since jets? Don't think so man. It will be fast-er, but not like Jet fast. You will notice a big difference in power and it will be fun, but it won't by any means be the fastest thing on the road.
