How to assemble ground control coilover & tophat /koni red assembly

How to assemble ground control coilover & tophat /koni red assembly
Here is how I have it now:
1. Sleeve slid on
2. White washer that came with Konis
3. Bumpstop that came with tophats
4. Clear plastic piece on "shoulder" of piston
5. Spring and isolator
6. tophat
7. Metal washer and bolt
Correct?
