Default Valve question- B series

Are the OEM exhaust valves in a B18c5 the same part as in a B16A2?

same valves but two different part numbers (one is acura and the other honda)

is it the intake valve in the R motor that is larger then the b16a engine then?

I know the intakes in general are larger.... but between the motors you mean?
