Default Mugen dohc prog P28 ECU in my Hybrid?

'95 LS Combo b16 head/ b18c block.
Is it a good idea to put this ecu in? Cuz i found one for $240 and $300 for P72 seems to be little expensive. What are the advantages and disadvantages to having the P28 w/ my engine?

which intake are you running , if you run the gs-r intake you need a p72 to control the secondary intake runners
if you use a skunk 2 i would run the moogen proggy and a vafc cause it runs real rich
also what year is your car if its not obd 1 you will need to convert it or use a jumper to run the p28
i have a obd II p72 ecu i would sell for 200 , its the 96-97 plug style
