I cant remember the last year they made this car... But it was a pretty big deal in motorsport for Japan.. They were popular for quite sometime, I think its more of a cult appeal. Mugen made plenty of parts for this car, and I actually have the Mugen Beat in gt2 or 3 (cant remember which)

I've always like them minus the headlights. Wish I knew more about them.

660cc engine, 65-ish hp, something like 1800lbs. They're insanely small, smaller than a CRX actually. It's probably too small for a D-Series swap... but a CBR1000 or 1100 engine? Hmm.

And starting this year, you can legally import them in Canada.
