Default clutch cable to slave

im going to look at a b16a2 package for my 91 crx si 5sp. the guy has everything to get the motor in the car except the harness. something i never thought about was how i go from a clutch cable to a slave cylinder. the other thing is it comes with a limited slip differential. is there a way for me to verify this or do they all come this way and do i use a different type of fluid other that Honda Manual fluid. i tried to search this but maybe im not searching the right words. thanks in advance. just thought about something else. what about speedometer anything special there? thanks again. motor and transmission are suppose to be out of a del sol but dont know the year

You would need to use your existing CRX harness and modify it for the new motor. Regarding the clutch conversion (and wiring for that matter), check out http://www.hasport.com and check out the EFB2 mount kit.. For the speedo, you just use your existing VSS unit out of your CRX transmission, one bolt holds it it, and you can swap it right into the new transmission..

for the LSD, look in the axle holes, if you can see right through it, LSD is there, if there is a bar in the way, no LSD

it is an lsd thanks for the info. i also noticed that on the block it says b16a only. not a b16a2 does this make a difference? the numbers below that are 5505279 and the id on the trannny is a y21. it looks to me like the y21 came out of a early del sol vtech and not the latter. does that make the engine a b16a1 or is the a1 a clutch cable?

Use the type R oil in that trans, it has an LSD addative.
