my friends car will not turn over. he called me lasted night and said that, the car will crank but will not turn over... this is what i told me to do

1:check plugs/wires
2:starter
3:ecu
4:distrb.

what do you guys think.....

 

you can also check your ignition module (ignitor) inside distributor cap those are known to go bad all the time in hondas
