Default An official apology from the editor of OverRev Magazine

It's recently been brought to my attention that in our final, March 2006 issue, we erroneously printed incorrect timeslip info in our feature on Eric Del Rosario. Unfortunately, another racer's information (who was not identified in the article, but who I have been informed was actually Stephanie Eggum) was printed instead. As Editor, I personally regret the mistake, and wish that we were in a position to print a correction. Since we aren't, this will have to do instead.

I apologize for any hardship this may have caused Eric - we were excited to get him into the magazine because we feel he hasn't gotten his fair share of attention in print despite being a true veteran sport compact racer, and it pains me personally to not do him justice by printing the correct information.

As for Ms. Eggum, I apologize as well for any perceived insult she might have drawn from the error, and in our defense I can only point to the following examples of recent coverage we provided for her program:

December, 2005, Page 32:

January, 2006, Page 65:

February, 2006, Page 49:

February, 2006, Page 55:

March, 2006, Page 36:

Again, I'm sorry if anyone feels we somehow mistreated them.

I would like to thank you for making the effort to correct the timeslip error. I have not received my copy of the last issue yet, but was faxed the two pages with the timeslip and et/mph from a sponsor yesterday, which definately caught me off guard.

And I never felt excluded from the race coverage in your magazine, all of the top racers get plenty of photo ops and the write ups were well written and I was happy to be included with our performances at the last 9 events we attended.

Hahahah... I used that pic because it reminded me of Luke Wilson as Casey Kelso in "That 70's Show". And if you look at the Pro Outlaw RWD head shot of Justin Humpheries, I used another pic with a...UNIQUE facial expression.

Eric- Thank you for you well wishes!
