Default POWER Door Lock NOT working.....

Last night, I was trying to install an Excalibur ATV-1000 alarm on my friend's 1993 Civic coupe and ran into an issue. I have researched and it is stating that I should hook up the two (lock/unlock) wires from the alarm to the green/red-green/white wires found behind the under-dash fusebox. I tried both ways and it still doesn't work. I am aware that this model Civic is a TYPE-B negative trigger locking style. Anyone have a clue to make the power door locks work with the alarm? BTW, the door looks are still operating properly.

Does that alarm have a jumper to switch between negative and positive pulses?

What happens if you touch the lock wires (that you're tapping into) to ground? Do they work then?

I have NOT tried to touch the vehicle door lock wires to ground. I have read somewhere that you have to tap into the wires from a 3-wire plug (found behind the under-dash F/B) but somehow this car only has a 2-wire plug in which I have tried....to no avail.

Try putting ground to the point where you tapped for locks... Then tell me if they work. You won't hurt anything.
